North-west approaches – closing on the Shetland Islands (Tom, Helen, Chris, Ralph). Unfortunately you can’t pick out the fulmars and kittiwakes that were following us.
Just visible in the mist, the breakers on Muckle Flugga’s Out Stack the northernmost point in the British Isles. Time to turn south!
